I had an appointment for them to diagnose my Land Rover and Tony, the Service Advisor, was very kind and respectful. The rest of the staff was also such kind people. They have such great customer service!

Range Rover was reading low coolant right after we bought it, it’s like they didn’t top off all the fluids. We had issues getting a license plate mount for the front of the car. Finally mailed us one, but with no screws for the mount. Then gave us a run around with getting another License plate. (we were issued only one plate) We have been pulled over by DPS for only having one plate. (The car was purchased in October) We are STILL waiting to receive the other one. Last time I buy from this dealership.

I had the best experience at Land Rover San Antonio with our Sales Guide, DANA NAPIER! I could have bought my car in Houston but my friend said, “let’s go to San Antonio!” I went into look and educate myself on the Discovery Sport HSE and with Dana’s help, I drove out with one! I can’t say enough about our experience but I do recommend talking with Dana...no sales pressure!

after 10 years being with them the service has taken a nose dive, novice service advisor and unaware, absolutely no knowledge of the vehicle. I have never been so disappointed in my life.. no return call or text, but that is just fine . Land Rover of Borrne is truly better, and they just 10 minutes further.
