RecommendedOur experience with Land Rover was a great one, thanks to Amanda Platt. We began our browsing online and she answered the many questions we had before even making the 3 hour drive to the dealership. Professional staff that lives up to the brand reputation.
We had the worst car buying experience this weekend. For being a “ premier Land Rover dealership” they acted like a 3rd rate used car sales dealership with lies and trickery. Beware of their tactics, only those that’s don’t care in being bamboozled or just don’t know will fall for their tactics.
My husband and I live 1200 miles away from Land Rover San Antonio. We contacted the dealership about a used Tesla they had for sale. Steven earned our trust immediately, enough that we purchased a plane ticket to fly to San Antonio the following morning. Steven personally picked my husband up at the airport. His service was beyond stellar. We feel very fortunate to have had Steven to work with. He even called to wish my husband Happy Birthday the week after our purchase!
