Dropped my Land Rover off Wednesday morning when they opened. I had an appointment. Today is Monday- end of day and I still don’t have a call, text, quote, estimate, time frame. Nothing. I’ve called twice and have gotten no answers. My experience with Land Rover service in other cities is a text estimate within a few hours. Highly disappointed. Probably going to pull my car out, not repaired, and take it somewhere else. My car needs a new alternator, not an engine rebuild. This is inane. Would NOT recommend.
Would never buy another car from them. Poor service in service.
