Excellent service from Ran. The vehicle we wanted to test drive was ready when we arrived and when we mentioned some additional features we were interested in he immediately identified an alternative vehicle that we could look at.
This is the service you should expect to receive when purchasing a vehicle from a high end dealership. there was no BS or No pressure tactics, as we have seen from other companies. One of the best JLR dealerships I've visited. Came from Ottawa, my Sport SV had an alignment issue. Chase at service was so kind and helpful. The mechanic who did the work triple checked to make sure I was satisfied. The management of this dealership, know what they're doing. We could use these guys in Ottawa ;)
