Brian and Paul showed me the best experience with a dealership to date. I almost did come back due to beyond poor customer service on the BMW side of the Shape Collection. These gentlemen changed my whole perspective and I am in love with my new discovery sport �
Customer service needs to improve by 1000 percent. Being a nice person doesn’t equal customer service and haven’t had a good overall experience it’s been bad the whole time.
Had a great experience purchasing our new LR Discovery from Larry in sales. He was a tremendous help all through out the whole process. Always willing to return calls or emails, and believe me I made a pest out of myself. Larry is a stand up kind of a guy, someone that I really feel I can trust with honest answers to questions. This is our first Land Rover experience but I've got a feeling it wouldn't be our last at the Sharpe Collection. THANKS!!
I love the car, the service department is horrible. I waited 3 hours for my oil change, even though I had a scheduled appointment at 10. I called the service manager, had to leave a message. Have not heard back. And when we bought the car we were told we could use a service car while they do the oil change, apparently that is only mon-fri. When the times come, we will trade back fir a Chevy. Not the service we expected from a high end dealership.
