Very nice and friendly sales staff and service manager. But…. We have a 2015 Range Rover we special ordered new that has very few miles. We were informed that Land Rover Birmingham no longer services models older than 2017!!! This is a sure fire way to obliterate used car values. Not making this up.
Our experience at Range Rover Birmingham was excellent. Our sales rep John Precise was great as this will be our second vehicle we've bought from him and the dealership. They make the process go so smooth. Everyone is very professional and courteous. We have the RR Sport and a new Defender. Love them and fun to drive.
I purchased a $40K vehicle that had issues since day one. Braking system fault, brake rotors warped and FM/AM RADIO doesn’t work. I made my salesman aware of one of the issues the day after my purchase , still awaiting follow up. FYI I’ve had this vehicle less than a week and I cant use my vehicle warranty because I’m still in the grace period. It doesn’t feel like I purchased my Range Rover from the Land Rover dealership, I had higher expectations. Stanley D. Carmichael
