Service Department and Managers Need to be replaced. I have never left a bad review for a company until now. We were excited to own a Defender 110 and a Range Rover, but our experience has been nothing short of frustrating due to the service department. My Defender was in for repairs for two months without a loaner vehicle. When I finally got it back, I was informed that the issue wasn't resolved and it would need to come back. They claimed they were ordering parts and would call me within a week or two, but two months passe... read more
