I had a wonderful experience at Land Rover Birmingham, due largely in part to Tess. Buying a car can be incredibly stressful and time-consuming, but Tess made the entire experience seamless. There was no hassle, no drawn out negotiations, just a genuine desire to answer all of my questions and make sure I left the lot with the perfect car.
Sara(service advisor) did a fanfastic job dealing with the extended warranty company. The technician did agreat job as well. I have no complaints
