Terrible customer service for the amount that we spent on a car. I mean I didn’t freaking buy a Prius for a reason. I was told I had to wait a month and a half to bring my car in to be serviced because I need a loaner. That should be a given. Plus the first guy who worked in the service department that I talked to dismissed me and passed me on to talk to someone else. Still can’t sync my to CarPlay after having it in twice. Nobody wants to be helpful. Why would I buy another Jaguar when my lease is up please tell me??!!
Yesterday my husband stopped by because I found an evoque I wanted him to look at. He is a plumbing contractor and exited his vehicle when he saw someone in sales. He was parked next to the car I described and was looking at it. the salesman looked at him and returned into the building. my husband had to go request a salesperson from the receptionist to test drive it. we got Krystie and she was wonderful. Do not buy a car from Jaguar Land Rover Tulsa!!! Their service department is terrible for the amount of money you spend on a car. I never get phone calls to update me on service and they are slow. I could say more but I am telling you get a Lexus best service!!

I love my Range Rover but geez! Over a month out to get warranty work done and get a loaner. I live a couple of hours away and have tried to get it serviced twice with no luck. This time I offered to drop it off and leave it for at least 4 days but need a loaner to get back home. Warranty work! I was told to call roadside service and tell them that my check engine light is on which is a total lie. They’ll get it fixed this way but no loaner car. I paid over $100,000 for this car. Not getting that kind of service for sure.
Great place! Easy to work with. Ruby was the best sales manager that I have ever bought a car from. My wife and I love our new Range Rover. I would like to encourage everyone to just stop by and ask for Rupy and take a test drive.
I've made several "drive in" stops due to unexpected problems and was taken care of within minutes! Service personnel are always accommodating and helpful!
