Our new place in Springfield is very nice and the staff have been great. So easy to handle getting money or putting money in. We (my husband and I) are very pleased. We have both been members for a long, long, time.
Love LLCU - very friendly people there and always willing to help. I use the one on Oakland 99.9% of the time.

NOT a happy nor satisfied member at the Decatur, IL locations!! NEVER get any respect or friendly tellers! NO willingness to HELP our company with loans or anything! The purpose of a "credit union" is to earn credit! Tired of the misrepresentation of your bank! WE will most definitely take our money and go elsewhere and also file a formal complaint with the IDFPR in Springfield!
