Two years ago I contacted the Land of Lincoln based on the fact that my neighbor has installed a monitor with an alarm, not a door cam, that was pointed in the direction of my apartment. I contact the property manager of the complex, nothing was done. I contacted the ST Clair County Sheriffs Office department, they did nothing. My privacy and civil rights were being violated.
