Been a member for over 10 years and always enjoy banking and borrowing from LLCU !!! Great people at all locations I have dealt with in my area.
The Effingham branch has the best customer service around. I have never had a bad experience with this bank. I banked at Fifth Third Bank prior......now that was a horrible experience!
This is by far the sorriest bank I have ever been with in my entire life. Can't deposit checks, charge to transfer money, online banking doesn't work half the time, and can't get anything done over the phone. I will be moving my money ASAP.
Have always had great service from Land of Lincoln. Yes there have been a couple of times money was put in the wrong account but it was an easy fix. Love being able to use online bill pay. Thanks LLCU
I'm hoping that someone from llcu will take the time to appreciate the "members" (NOT customers) -- just left the mound office and definitely did NOT receive the level of service that I expected! I guess since our loan is paid off and we don't have substantial savings our questions / concerns didn't actually REQUIRE the time and energy of the STAFF.
This is the mound street location. I went to the drive thru because the office was not open. I told the teller I was moving and wanted to close my account. I filled out the withdrawal form. I was unsure of the exact amount so I ask and the teller told me to put all available. Then she only gives me some of the money. I told her I wanted all the money because I was closing the account and she said I needed to come inside to do that. I said that to begin with. Horrible customer service.
