They let go the number one employee for no reason! Emily always bent over backwards for all of members of the credit union! She would always stand by her word on getting back to you. Never had issues if Emily took care of it! I will be pulling my business unless they bring Emily back! Very upset with this place!

EFFINGHAM CREDIT UNION IS THE BEST BANK HERE
This credit union is crap! Only gives you the option to transfer 3 times on your mobile banking and they will only transfer 6 times automatically. If there’s money in savings and a transaction comes through you should automatically transfer the available funds like most banks do. But I guess that’s different LLCU just tries to get their penny any time they can!! I’ll be taking all of my money out and going to my other Credit Union. I would not recommend this bank. How the hell can you freeze a dying man's account when he is still alive. His daughter can not even pay his Bill's. But you want him to come in and sign a paper. But he can not even stand up. His daughter had poa papers for his finances made out they was even notarized and they would not even accept them. They even had papers from his doctor. That didn't even help. They was really nasty to her when she was in there.
We have 2 car loans through LLCU. We have religiously paid our loans on time for the last 4 years. The government shuts down and my spouse is working without pay, yet they refuse to help us with payment arrangements. As soon as the shut down is over, I’m refinancing with a different financial institution. That is, if our vehicles are still in our possession. Feed our children or pay our car loans? Good bye to my good credit! Thank you LLCU for NOTHING. This is a hard enough time for government employees and their families!!!
