RecommendedBeing new to South Shore Harbour in League City, I asked my broker who I should call for my plumbing needs and she hit a homerun recommending Lanco ! I called and spoke with Ashley he was very concerned about my leak underneath my front yard. It needed attention ASAP she rearrange the schedule and got Sam and Chris out there on late Friday, they stop the leak came back the following Monday and did an A+ job ! Ashley, Sam and Chris are Rock Stars with me , highly highly recommend Lanco Plumbing ! Joe R.
Poorest service EVER. Taking multiple outings and checks over THREE WEEK PERIOD and still no resolution. Very rude employees. My wife simply asked their plumber if he needed to get inside of the house because he was in the backyard, instead of simply answering, the plumber got rude and ignorant about it. So my wife and I called their home office to voice our complaint, a woman named Fran listened to us then DEFENDED the rude behavior of their employee. Poor service. Poor attitudes.
