We had to keep our water off to the home to prevent the failed water heater from dumping water into our attic. Very professional and very reasonable. Have used 3 times now and very satisfied with their friendliness and professionalism.
They were great 15-20 years ago, but now when one guy promises one thing, another guy comes out and says "no, we don't do that." I ended up paying $600+ just to get a basic toilet installed and have the sewer line cleared. They kept making mistakes / misunderstanding what I wanted and refused to honor the commitment made by one employee when a different one came out to finish the job, so I ended up paying more than I should have. They really need to honor the promises they make and listen to what the customer says.
