Dr Maynard did total knee replacement for me and after complaining for 9 mths that something wasn’t right because I couldn’t walk, had pain and terrible swelling, I went back to PT and they said I needed a 2nd opinion and the 2nd surgeon told me that my knee wasn’t stable and I would never walk in this condition and would need another knee replacement. Part of my original knee replacement fell to the floor when my surgeon opened me up, it wasn’t even attached!! Almost $3,000 in bills
Love the personal service Dr Maynard provides. Where some doctors don't see their patients for their 2 week post op, Dr Maynard was the one who removed my staples. Surgery for my total hip replacement was 3 weeks ago and I am doing great. I will be his patient for life and when/if i need to have my other hip done, it will be here. Staff and hospital staff were also top notch and I would recommend all of them to anyone needing surgery or any care at all. Thank you!!
He is an excellent surgeon. He cares so much for his patients. He followed my husband when he was transferred to the main hospital for another issue after his knee replacement. He, his staff and the bone and joint center at Grant are awesome. OhioHealth is lucky to have Dr Maynard.
