Kaylee Obrien and Geoff were ABSOLUTELY fantastic to deal with. The pricing was beyond fair on my new to me suburban. There was NO pressure at all and I felt like I was talking to a friend who was giving me honest advice the whole process. I could not recommend more.
The Dealership went over and above for my needs. Steward worked long and hard to find the perfect car for my needs and in the price range that I needed to stay in. The Dealership, while small, has a lot to offer. They were quick to handle the purchase transaction and very efficient. My 4 children were crawling around the dealership showroom for a good hour if not more, and they were very kind to the kids-and didn't seem annoyed. Which was a pleasant surprise :) The purchase went off without a hitch, nothing forgotten, and no surprises. Which is a huge plus. This dealership didn't fix my Acadia while it was under warranty. Now I am having the same issue and they are charging me because my miles put my vehicle out of warranty. My AC has not worked correctly since we took it home. I am completely shocked at how they are handling my situation. It almost feels like they waited for my warranty to run out to find the problem. Charlie the used car manager was the "top level" person who informed me of their decision even though my car was purchased new. I will be calling GMC directly.
Any car dealership that has kirk minihane as a spokesman obviously cares little about customer service.
Had my 2014 GMC in for for three recalls. Waiting room was comfortable, and the employees were friendly. Work was done in a satisfactory manner.
Mechanic not too smart telling me my obd for testing for inspection sticker was MISSING....Just didn't look hard enough....Probably thought I would have them order one for me and charge an arm and a leg and a foot....Hopefully they look harder on the phone next poor unsuspecting soul.... I detail my own car and knew it was there.....Got a red R rejection sticker...Thanks Lance Buick I'll be getting my sticker redone on Tuesday and won't be returning after that nor will I recommend your dealership....if you call it that :-(
Went to Lance 6/2/2016 for safety recall work and have a invoice for work that was not done, was lied to several times one lie to cover the other what kind of people work their, have been a loyal GMAC customer for 35 years. Contacted GMAC directly lets see what happens, wonder how many more people have had the same thing happen with out realizing they were lied to as well..
