We travel over an hour to shop at this dealership, after less than pleasant experiences at our more local GM dealerships, and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommend this organization.
I couldn’t recommend this dealership more. Bill Pascucci was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He spent over an hour with me going through the features on my vehicle before I left and made sure I was comfortable with everything. On the next morning of having my GMC Terrain Denali, it would not start. This had also happened before leaving the dealership. I called and spoke to Bill about how I would need a new battery. I have bought cars for over 50 years and lance was one of the best dealers I have dealings with so far. I would recommend this dealership all day VERY friendly and helpful.
I'm a halfway decent mechanic myself, not by profession but I've been working on cars since my early teens and as such I do quite a bit of work on my own cars. However, when I feel the scope of work is out of my league or when it has been covered under warrenty I'll have someone else deal with it. In my personal experience with Lance, I've found their techs to be quite knowledgeable and thorough. Things I've had done there were done right the first time without issue.
