I would like to start off by saying that I have been to this establishment numerous times. Until now I have always been happy with the food and customer service, however today the service was far from normal. As we are regular's at a local go kart track, we have always taken many of our clients to Lancasters for dinner or lunch to go along with a fun day of racing.
