From humble beginnings in a small former gas station, Lancaster's BBQ was born in Race City, USA (otherwise known as Mooresville, NC). Recommendedgreat place to go on bike night.. some great bands: Thunder Brothers, Cadence, etc... just wish the people there would get a little more into it - good food and really nice waitstaff and bartenders.

Food is excellent. Fined in several times; service is great. Wings, chicken fried steak, brisket quesadillas, and fish and chips- all excellent. ALTHOUGH, the female manager was COMPLETELY RUDE. She had brown shoulder length hair. The manager literally snapped at us and rolled her eyes. Unbelievable. Great place, great food.
First time here. We stopped for dinner after our Lazy 5 day!!! Kids loved the arcade and thought the bus was “way cool”. The food was really good and decently priced. Our waitress was a bit rude on several different accounts to not only myself but our children and the friends we were with. Will will be back to eat the food, but hopefully have better service!
Had a wonderful time with the family and the food was good. Will be returning soon.
Great Place
When in NC (Morresville or close by) we always make it a point to stop in at both Lancaster BBQ and Big Daddy’s. The service was excellent and the wings were the best. In the past, the food and service have always been great. The server we had, now she knows how to give great service. She anticipated all our needs that we gave her a 50% tip because we were so impressed and pleased. She was also waiting on a table of 10 and we observed her giving them the same service. She is definitely a keeper.
One of my favs when visiting the Charlotte area!
