From humble beginnings in a small former gas station, Lancaster's BBQ was born in Race City, USA (otherwise known as Mooresville, NC). The year was 1986 and our slow-smoked, real eastern NC BBQ and race memorabilia quickly became legendary. Fun restaurant for all ages! Great food. Lots of NASCAR memorabilia. A whole bus is inside the restaurant you can actually eat inside of.

The food was good. The atmosphere was AWESOME! Their hush puppy appetizers were delicious. Their cajun spiced chips were delicious.

Tried Lancaster’s for the first time this evening ... can’t wait to take the family back!! Food was delicious, staff were amazing, and atmosphere was fun! The fried chicken dipped in spicy sauce was my favorite!! We ate in the bus ... my kids/grandkids would love this!
Food was delicious and the staff was awesome, I’ll definitely be back when in town again!
