Good service, easy to work with and in the end fair price
After reading a couple positive reviews and seeing great ratings online, I decided to give them a call and ask a few questions. A man named Gus answered the phone with a displeased, prolonged “sigh” and a mumbled-together “Thank you for calling Toyota how can I help you???” At that point, I should’ve just hung up on him then and there, but I decided to go ahead and ask a few questions. The service at Lancaster Toyota cannot be beat. All the technicians have been professional, Knowledgeable, and customer focused. Carlos did an exceptional job this week when my Prius was towed from Maryland. The work was completed a day earlier than expected, and the faulty computer component was still under warranty! I would recommend Lancaster Toyota, and Carlos to anyone who asks. Nice work!

Unlike every other Toyota dealership, they will only honor Toyota Care or covering the cost of state inspections when you buy a car there. Every other one covers both. It just makes sense for customer service. Do yourself a favor-drive an extra 30 minutes and visit Del Toyota in Thorndale.
