Service Department reps are friendly, courteous and knowlegeable.
We purchased a 2020 Corolla for our daughter.Our car salesman was Paul,very nice guy.Paper work went smoothly.My only complaint was once he handed us the keys my husband noticed the gas gauge was on half a tank,he asked why it wasn’t full.And Paul’s response was “They don’t do that there”! We’ve leased and financed through local dealerships and EVERYONE of them always made sure the car was cleaned and had a full tank of gas.To say the least that was a disappointing excuse/response,whatever you want to call it, this was our f... read more
The Sales person who helped me K. Flichman was great. I needed to get a Toyota Platinum Highlander with a tow hitch. However it was not an option on the Platinum due to a sensor to open the rear hatch. I tried other Toyota dealers and all they could do was an add on after market brand hitch. After about a week Kathleen along with Manager Jason were able to figure out how to put a Toyota factory hitch on my car.
