RecommendedI have been faithfully taking my 2015 Rav to Lancaster Toyota for routine maintenance and occasional service. They always treat me with courtesy. I never worry about whether they are trying to sell me something I don’t need. On my last visit they needed to fix parts that were under warranty. The repair was made at no charge to me. Purchased RAV4 not even a month ago. A week or so after buying vehicle I was wiping down car and noticed the display on backup camera I thought had a hair on it-was actually cracked. Called and made appt to have fixed today. Few days after that I was cleaning windshield trying to get spots off-well those are actually chips and called to let service know that so all could be taken care of today. They were very friendly and answered all of our questions. John was a great guy to work with. Let's hope they resolve the paint and body work issue on our tailgate that was not done properly when we picked the highlander up.
Just bought our second car here, first was a Rav 4, and the new one is a '20 Highlander which we love! Our salesman, Jake Mansfield, was very personable and helpful in working with us in order to achieve a great deal. The service department is very clean and efficient- highly recommend.
I have purchased 3 cars from this dealer, and recommend them to anyone. The service is excellent. They welcome you. They are always friendly, answer all questions and give phone calls to inform you of your cars status. Ms. Holly worked with me yesterday. She went the extra mile.
