Roadloans APPROVED my wifey & I a loan of 13,357 to purchase any van or SUV on the lot of CarMax April 1st, 2016! With a cash down payment of $900! We went down to south Sacramento, CA(which we hate to go in that south area!)on THREE buses & lite rail because we were so in need of reliable transportation! CARMAX ARE THIEVES! My sales people, Brianna and Eddie, were great to work with. No pressure at all, and they're nice, friendly people. I drove a lot of cars, found one I liked, and got all the paperwork done. Easy. Then things got even better. My car developed a tire leak that couldn't be patched. It's covered by the 30 day warranty, but their service department was closed and I needed the new tire ASAP. I got it done and brought the receipt to carmax. I thought I'd get some fraction of the bill as reimbursement. Got the whole amount. Amazing.
When I needed to buy a car I was directed to Carmax from a friend. Great choice!!! I was there for 4.5 hours deciding and figuring out everything and processing and my salesperson Brianna was a saint!! She was so patient and was just wonderful! I highly suggest buying a car there, great deals and warranties =]]
Bought 2 cars from carmax with in a year! In Lancaster Pa..... Excellent...excellent service! Was treated awesome and the sales girl was kind and helped with everything that I wanted and needed. Will return in a heart beat. They are wonderful!!!☺
