I bought my Honda Odyssey on January 31st and after taking it in to have THE SAME ISSUE RESOLVED for a third time, still do not have my car back. The service staff is incompetent at best, and their management is a joke. Not only should have a thorough inspection been done and the issues addressed before it ever went out on the lot for sale, but some follow up would have been nice.
