RecommendedHighly recommend Joshua! He is amazing! He really does listen to what you want and what you are looking for. I have a lower credit score with having student loans out and he was able to get me approved for a newer vehicle without a co signer. He’s fantastic! I have to give a huge shout out to Will in service. He is what CarMax commercial is all about. This guy goes way beyond what I expected. He is what customer service should model themselves after. He just is a great person to deal with in service!!!!
Made a deal to buy my son his first car,salesman ran credit check so I would co-sign,done deal,gave me down payment needed,went to bank,got a cashier check,went back to car-max to drive car off the lot,the down payment for the car changed 3 times,each time more than previously told,then they wanted bank statements after I was approved to co-sign for the car loan,one problem after another,so the hell with it,My son and I will find something else,somewhere else,perhaps where I buy my cars

I have been working with Stephanie at the Lancaster store for at least 3wks now searching for the perfect car to trade my old car in for...
