My mom went there yesterday to buy a Jeep and drove away with nothing. First, she was 20 minutes early for the appointment and the sales man was supposed to be there but they got someone else. They had to move at least several cars to show the Jeep she wanted since it was tucked away. My mom asked about the tires and the sales man didn’t know anything about it. I wish there was a I'm not sure button. I bought my car from Manheim Pike 3 yrs ago. had to get new brakes 2 weeks later but they did work n paid for services. then needed tires to past inspection. car only had 22 K on it but Carmax "gave me a deal" on tire prices Then few monthes ago compressor went out n motor blew. had to rebuild engine. took 6 weeks. warranty covered it but $300 deductible. now my transmission is going out. car in shop again. warranty covers but again $300 deductable
Bought both of our cars here. Worked with Bri, she was very flexible even met with us outside of her scheduled hours because of our crazy schedule. Patiently explained the whole process to us, every knowledgeable. Victoria helped with signing, very sweet ladies. Definitely would recommend to work with them 🤞🏻lover new car 🚗
I had bought a 2017 Hyundai elentra from Carmax on Manheim pike, it originally had a small stain on the back seat, they tried to get it cleaned out but were unable to so instead they upgraded and added value to my car by changing all my seats to leather. they have an amAzing costumer service team there and I give a special thanks to Mr. Ed that works in that department
Endless issues with our car. They had 4 chances to fix an issue and won't do it. We are now stuck without a car, we're supposed to leave to move to Florida on Saturday and all they can offer is $2,000 back. Corporate is no help either, they just relay the issue to the manager of the store. Did I mention they gave us $100 in gift cards last month as hush money. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!
