I started the search process for a pedal driven kayak a few weeks ago and was very unimpressed by other dealers. I was almost turned away from buying a new kayak until I stopped into Lancaster County Marine. They have by far the best customer service you can ask for and will bend over backwards to make sure that you, the customer, will leave their doors happy. After much searching we bought a Trailblazer kayak trailer for our two Hobie Quest 11’s. It was a great experience dealing with the team there including Sarah Shanely and Isaiah Hartman. Isaiah was a wealth of information on all things kayaks and trailers. He did an amazing job for us building and setting up the trailer and then going through the whole thing with us. I would highly recommend Lancaster County Marine. They have an incredible amount of kayaks there. Great place and we will be back.
Even if you are not interested in buying a boat, this is the place to get one!!🤣😂 Outstanding service,super friendly staff whether you're new on the water or have spent your life on the water. Great place!! Very impressive variety of vessels as well, from canoes and kayaks to skiffs and cabin cruisers!!
Huge selection of kayaks, Isaiah is very knowledgeable and Dale is a customer service rockstar. Needed a part for my Hobie and they went way above and beyond to help me out. I'll happily continue to let them feed my addiction :)
6/11/19 I showed up here today with lots of questions about Kayaks, never having owned one, Isaiah took his time and answered all of them. I left there with a great kayak, and found everyone there, Dave, Sarah to be very friendly and helpful. thank you all for a great experience. Jay Ansell
