Shady, Worst place I've ever lived, unprofessional, disrespectful. They do not communicate with you what so ever, say that all of your deposit is refundable than charge you up the ass for anything wither it was marked on the slip you turned in before moving in. They also will charge you 125 no matter what, plus will always charge you for carpet cleaning even if it is by legal standards "normal wear and tear". My kids and I LOVE Lancaster commons. Yes, some of the tenant's t hat live here SUCK!!! They don't watch their kids, and they don't care when their child get's into trouble. If you wanna live in the most ghetto apartments in Salem? You like getting woke up to cop raids? Love it when kids are breaking stuff early in the morning? How about having no parking and walking half a mile just find parking? if that sounds just right for you then come down to Lancaster commons for all this and for a 2 bedroom apartments with lovely price of 945$ a month then head on over!!
If you like being told "There's nothing we could do" to the problems you have arise during living here... Then move right in!
Great staff, not so great townhouse. Lancaster Commons have some really nice, helpful employees. The unit itself lacks storage, is really small, & pretty run down. Also kinda' pricey for what it is. However they do boast a pool, Jacuzzi, basketball court, & gym for tenants. The gym & basketball court are accessible year round all hours. Pool & Jacuzzi are only open seasonally.
