Bad Neighborhood, Bad Apartments Lots of gang activity, no available parking, and in a very sketchy neighborhood. Drug use and crime are common, and there's very little that management does to make you feel safe. Go out of your way to avoid this place.

Recommendedhas the nicest and most knowledgeable maintenance people. and the people who work in the office are super friendly and always get back to me really quick when I have any concerns or questions. I've gotten food when I needed some extra help from the staff in the office as well. all around great people.

I'll be honest, you're better off being homeless. On top of being extremely expensive for what little room you get, the management couldn't give less of a **** about you. My roommates car was broken into while we were there. Instead of showing even a modicum of sympathy, they demanded he remove his vehicle from their lot until it was fixed. When we complained about the nonstop bug problem, they basically did nothing. We had to take care of them ourselves. The kids are unsupervised and extremely destructive, leaving trash eve... read more

I have been here 6 years and was given a no cause eviction. I am a single mom with 2 kids and no money to move. I asked for just 2 more months to save up...nope. They send me a list of places that only help with 72 hour notices. No I will have to take my kids to a homeless shelter. Worse place. They do not care about tenants they care about money.
We've been here nearly 5 years and like it just fine. We've never had any problems. Our neighbors are really good people and the Lancaster Commons staff are extremely helpful and really nice!
I still live there after 2 years gang shit is mainly gone or its winter and they don't like the cold.. who knows
