Recommendedhas the nicest and most knowledgeable maintenance people. and the people who work in the office are super friendly and always get back to me really quick when I have any concerns or questions. I've gotten food when I needed some extra help from the staff in the office as well. all around great people.

I have been here 6 years and was given a no cause eviction. I am a single mom with 2 kids and no money to move. I asked for just 2 more months to save up...nope. They send me a list of places that only help with 72 hour notices. No I will have to take my kids to a homeless shelter. Worse place. They do not care about tenants they care about money.
We've been here nearly 5 years and like it just fine. We've never had any problems. Our neighbors are really good people and the Lancaster Commons staff are extremely helpful and really nice!
I still live there after 2 years gang shit is mainly gone or its winter and they don't like the cold.. who knows
Shady, Worst place I've ever lived, unprofessional, disrespectful. They do not communicate with you what so ever, say that all of your deposit is refundable than charge you up the ass for anything wither it was marked on the slip you turned in before moving in. They also will charge you 125 no matter what, plus will always charge you for carpet cleaning even if it is by legal standards "normal wear and tear". Don't let them fool you, when I moved in there were holes and stains in the carpets throughout the entire apartment, ... read more
3 times in 7 months the swat team was there....meth...heroin and guns....the 3rd time is when I broke my lease.....enough
