I asked if the car was still available, and I got a response almost immediately, very friendly, saying it was almost defintely sold but that they'd be in touch if the deal fell through. It apparently took a long time for the buyer's financing to go through, because I asked again the following week and was told, very friendly again, that it still needed to be considered sold. Sales people are not pushy. Relaxed environment. Extremely clean cars. Prices are good. As many others have said if all dealers were this way life would be better.
