Very prompt and friendly
My experience with Lancaster Car Company was fantastic. They accommodated me coming from out of town by saving the car for two weeks and being up front and honest through the entire process. They also maintained efficient and thorough communication. Dealership contacted me the next business day, and gave me more information on the car. Car is super clean, though my son found a car locally and we didn't get up to PA to check it out. They seem very professional and courteous, no pressure....
Very solid, clean shop. Allowed me to test drive vehicle, vehicle had an issue with the top and they worked to resolve it. Very fair.
I worked with Doug. All of my dealings were fair and personable. He went out of his way to work with us and ensure we were comfortable with the purchase. A month later, and we are very satisfied with our experience. I would return to the Lancaster Car Company first the next time I need to purchase a vehicle.
