We had a great experience with Lancaster Motor Company. We called them and they were very nice. We went to the dealership last week and we test drove the van we were interested in. They didn’t rush us at all and were low pressure. We appreciated that they let us take the car to the mechanic the next day to get looked over. We got a good deal and they have good warranty options. Would definitely go back again!

Called Ritchie about a Mercedes-Benz GLC300. Drove from Harrisburg to test drive it. After driving it I asked Ritchie about two areas of concern - one being the transmission. He said he would have it checked out by the local Mercedes dealer. Instead of having it checked out (as he represented he would do), he simply sold it to someone else. Kind of a shady business practice.

There was ZERO talk of holding the vehicle for you, no deposit, no negotiations. Another customer purchased the car 5 days later. It was a 2018 with under 11,000 miles, it did not have any issues. Good luck with your search.”
