I've seen Dr. Lanade four times so far and I've been pleased. He is a good Doctor by listening and advising me. The only thing is I have difficulty understanding him as he has a thick accent, but overall I am happy with him as my new PCP. His staff are friendly and the wait time is reasonable. Appointments are easy to make and the location is perfect for me as I live just across the street. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lanade.

I would give that office no stars. Would not recommend to anyone. If u have early morning appt. U have to wait for them to get there. Once inside u have to wait for the Dr. to arrive. You are put in a room to wait for the Dr. To come and that is 20-25 min. wait time. "IT IS TERRIBLE"
The staff at Dr Lanade's office is as nice as can be, although it doesn't seem like any of them are in the same book let alone on the same page. Don't bother scheduling an appointment for a time that's convienient for you, you will be waiting in the exam room for at LEAST an hour and a half before you are seen (my first wait was THREE HOURS). He also openly speaks to you about your conditions and treatment in the hallways around other patients. Can we say HIPAA violation?!
I absolutely love Dr. Lanade and his wife. Very sweet couple who works together as a team. Dr. Lanade listens to his patience and is soft spoken and respectful. Very clean atmosphere. I been going to him since 2012 and I moved to Cleveland, TN over a year ago, but I kept him as my PCP, because he's great and I love the staff there. They also take walk-ins
He helped my diagnosis with GERD and listened to what I had to say. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
The wait was too long, but Dr. Lanade was very attentive, and addressed my concerns in a calm and professional manner. The treatment he prescribed, corrected the problem I was having. This doctor is very knowledgeable, and kind. His staff treat the patients very well.
