I arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist who rudely informed me that my appointment had been canceled due to my failure to confirm. When my wife and I pointed out that my wife had confirmed for me during her appointment the previous day, this receptionist responded by stating many spouses make appointments for one another but the other spouse often doesn’t show up; therefore she canceled my appointment. Dr. Lampe and Linda the Office Manager are wonderful people and it’s the best chiropractor I have ever had. My back injury from years ago has always been a burden to me and I have never felt better in my life. If you are looking for a new dr or just beginning treatment please give them an opportunity to help you.

Dr. Steve took x-rays and showed me my whole spine, explained everything he was looking at, where he noticed things out of place and what specifically we needed to work on. Then put me on the adjustment table, put biofreeze on the places we would adjust, and explained exactly what he was doing and how it works to adjust each section. I appreciated that he talked to me like an adult, but not a physician, so I could understand what he was doing and why, and how it linked to what was shown on the xray.
