My daughter was referred here back in February. I have called 1-2x a week, often multiple times a day, and no-one answers the phone nor do they have voicemail set up - so forget the possibility of a call back. It is truly frustrating when you're just trying to get your child the support they need to succeed. I would go somewhere else if we could, but tricare and referrals are difficult as is.
HORRIBLE. Don’t accommodate you at all. Will let your children fall straight through the cracks or system!! THEY DONT CARE. It’s truly sad. They want to do what they want and don’t listen to the parent!!
I wasn’t being seen here, but next-door, had to check in through this office and the ladies who work in this office are exceptional human beings. That’s all I came here to say. They were so compassionate to me
