I like the fact that they worked with me on designing a ring. My Wife Passed in January and I used hers and my diamonds to make the new ring. I was a little bit worried how it would turn out. But it looks fantastic. I love how they kept me up to date on how things were coming along. I have purchased items from there before. LOVE coming to Lambert’s!!! They are always helpful with whatever I need to have repaired/checked/ cleaned even if it wasn’t purchased at their store. Always love browsing & shopping there & appreciate the fact that they have items in all stock for ALL budgets. Happy to say I own several items that we purchased there that I LOVE!

I took my mothers ring with kids birthstones in to get checked and cleaned. They let me know i had some stones loose so they kept it to tighten everything up. In the process they damaged my ring. I was treated very rudely they would not acknowledge that they damaged it and when tried to fix it made it look just as bad and told me there wasnt anything they could do. Now my ring looks awful and it makes me so angry every time i look at it! It makes me not even want to wear it anymore!!! How do you treat your customers like tha... read more
