Customer service is exceptional at Lambert's. They also have a great selection of quality jewelry. If you want a custom piece, or have a family heirloom you need fixed, they have their own in house goldsmith and jeweler. I have been using them as my primary jeweler for years and they will continue to be my go to place for quality jewelry!
Their customer service is outstanding and consistent. Each person I have worked with is knowledgeable about the jewelry. They never push or coerce a purchase. The salesperson I worked with today was Jeff, he was very helpful and enjoyable.
They are the best place to shop. You won’t find anywhere with such nice people to work with. Everyone at Lambert is extremely caring, helpful, and friendly.
