I had an amazing experience at Lambert’s. I just moved to the area and went I to have a watch worked on..... an hour later I left with the most gorgeous piece of jewelry and a fun and friendly experience. The staff was awesome and meeting the owner was a treat. I not only have a new gem but felt welcomed to the community!! Thank you the Lambert family for an amazing experience and for staying open late for me!!!!

Lambert LISTENS to the customer. What a novel concept right? For something this big it was refreshing not having someone try and push what they wanted me to purchase, but to listen to what I was looking for. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy something, but rather that I was a valued customer. Carly did a phenomenal job following up with me via email, and then making sure her co-worker Jackie was ready for us when we went in on her day off.
