The staff got me into the chair 10 minutes early! That was a pleasant surprise as not many businesses operate with that level of customer service any more. Secondly, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable--even as far as to ask me what TV station I wanted to watch. These are a great group of folks who 'get it' when it comes to dental care and customer service.
Dr. Lamb is very compassionate and caring.
