In the midst of this pandemic, car accidents will still happen. @Shelton Jordan jr. and the entire staff at Lamarque adhered to the CDC’s recommendations (hand sanitizers/ social distancing/the smell of Lysol lingering) I felt safe. They Are moving things really fast to ensure you are in and out without long delays. I highly recommend this business even I n the midst of the pandemic!!! Everyone there went above and beyond. Thanks to them, I have one less worry!!!
Work on your service department. It always takes over a week to get service, and no loaner cars. Not good when my Expedition is less than a year old, and is in the shop a second time for over a week.
My wife scheduled a appointment for 7:30 in the morning on Wednesday to get a key programs to her car. She gets there and it wasn’t scheduled. Also told her it would take 30 minutes longer than what she originally told. Couldn’t stay because she had a Dr appt. for 9 . Rescheduled for 10 am Thursday. I show up at 10 like I was scheduled. Waited 1hour and 15 minutes for them to tell me the key isn’t in stock and has to be ordered. The experience of trying to purchase this vehicle for over 5 weeks is another long story.
