Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. Purchased a brand new 2020 f250 Platinum, the truck came with a free spray in bed liner... wonderful so I schedule an appointment to have it done. I dropped the truck off to be told that they have no loaner vehicles available. They call me to say the truck is finished, I pick up my truck. Wasted my time looking at F250’s today. The salesman hardly knew anything about the vehicles, even though I made an appointment two days in advance and told him what I was specifically looking for. I looked up more info on my phone in the time I was there than he was able to provide himself, (how big is the fuel tank on this truck?), a quick google search and I had the answer.
