Lakewood village is a beautiful apartment with a cozy feel. I love walking the trail and enjoying the nature. The playground, park, and pool are amazing for the family. The dog park is awesome for the pets.
Parking is generally sufficient, but packed, not much as to be able to park reasonably close to apt building. Quality of construction is good and expansion are welcomed (off lease dog park, playground, etc) the gym could use an overhaul though Noise level is excellent. Generally very quiet. Grounds are terrible. Littered with dog poop and little/no enforcement of lease contract language on leashes or city ordinance on leash usage. Will be attempting to contact management on this issue. I have lived in these apartments since July of 2024. I absolutely love the quiet atmosphere and the friendly neighbors! As a pet owner, I love all of the amenities for your pet!! The dog park is new and clean and always a good space! It is so quiet and serene here. I love my deck and being able to sit out on it in the evenings and enjoy the birds chirping.
This is a great apartment complex in a safe area. Any problems with the apartment are solved quickly by maintenance. It has great amenities with a pool, dog park, gym, and playground. There is a nice walking trail behind the apartment complex as well that is pretty to walk on.
Good place to live. I have lived here about 2 years and I have enjoyed my stay. They do a good job with keeping up with maintenance and notifying about any changes. Price is fair for everything included with the apartment.
I have lived here 10 years and have witnessed this place have many changes. It used to be a wonderful place to live. Once the current Manager was hired, the grounds and the maintenance requests are not being handled. The disrespect and consideration of it's residents is off the charts. We are dismissed, harassed, spoken down to and not taken seriously. The water problems in this community are not even addressed. Band-Aids are placed on problems and will come back to bite them. No cooperation from Wooten.
We have loved living in this location. My little family enjoys playing at the park, and walking the trail. It’s in distance of pretty much every food place you can think of and grocery stores! Definitely a good location.
