The best walk-in clinic around. Extremely convenient, they have an x-ray machine of you need it, convenient and excellent physical therapy, and close parking.
Was seen pretty fast. 20mins or so and was out in another 20mins. I expect Urgent care visits to at least be an hour wait. Was treated well by the staff too. It's a nice facility that doesn't feel like a normal doctors office.
Appointment was scheduled weeks ago for 2 pm today. It’s 2:35 and I still haven’t been called back. When I approached the desk to ask what the problem was, the receptionist was rude.
My husband and I have been to Lakewood Urgent Care a few times now. We have both found them to be very caring and helpful while expeditiously taking care of our needs. �
Always in and out fast. Wonderfully nice doctor's who listen to you. Can't recommend this place enough.
It was a great experience even though I wasn't feeling well they showed great concern. I thought Dr. Young and Valerie showed great bedside manner. Thank you Lakewood Urgent Care. Until next time...
Seriously this place is so much better than the Rocky River urgent care. Staff is great, and the doctor was super awesome and actually cared. I felt like total crap due to being sick but still left feeling warm and fuzzy on the inside. ^_^ Good people.
