Went because they are in my network, they told me they weren’t. Called my insurer who called them, clarified that they were in fact in network. No apology for the confusion and rude customer service considering it was their initial mistake. Response was, “it was a recent clarification.” I don’t care why you screwed up and told me I wasn’t covered - a little customer service would have gone a long way instead of focusing on defending why you gave me the wrong info.
Wait time is very minimal Staff are friendly and very professional.
I absolutely love this facility! I have been there twice. Once for sickness and today for a sprained foot, and both times I left so happy and satiafied. They make you feel so comfortable and it's always been quick wait time. They were even so patient with my 2 year old making a mess and having to be present during xrays. I will always choose this place for anything.
Walked in the door wrought with anxiety because of a possible spider bite. As soon as I walked up to the window I was greeted by a professional, smiling, energetic woman by the name of Morgan. After being seen by the comforting, yet punctual doctor, I was blessed to see Kate on the way out. With a staff like that, who needs a hospital.......
This is the best walk-in clinic in the area. The facility is very nice and clean, with convenient parking close by. The doctors and staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. I was very happy with my experience. Thank you!
