I have call this office since yesterday and systems down I couldn’t set the appointment. Today I have call six time and Maria keep said they short of staff but keep me in hold and don’t set the appointment very disappointed. I been recommended to this ortho but is very disappointing the every time Maria answer she keep me in hold to come back and said she couldn’t set appointment. Is this office refusing me as a new patient?
Love Dr. Simon and her team! So glad I decided to get my braces done here, they are the absolute best in all aspects from excellent customer service, to timeliness, etc. I also love that all of the ladies are so down to earth and personable :) Side note - Hey Dr. Simon! Can I get my braces off now?! Joking :)
