Verified Renter It's a nice, big yet, quiet complex. It's in a great residential area and next to a hospital. Management is great and respond to your needs pretty quickly. Plenty to do around the complex. Maintenance have in my experience responded and fixed my issues in a timely manner, which were minor things, to be honest.

Verified Renter I love it here. I’ve been here 10 years now and have no plans of leaving anytime soon. The rent is affordable. Have a good neighbors. It’s a good neighborhood. The amenities are great.
Verified Renter It was very disappointing that Morgan Properties designated certain days for resident appreciation, yet this property did nothing. While there are resident events throughout the year, it's does feel hurtful. At least the Leasing Agents, Leasing Manager and Assistant Property Manager are always super friendly and helpful.

While some other communities do 1 event on a desiganted "Resident Appreciation Day", we hold multiple events every month to ensure more residents can participate. Please be sure to check your email/resident portal for event dates and information. If you have suggestions on events you would like to see, please contact the office and we will do our best to put them on the schedule!
Verified Renter So far so good, every month they have a few different things going on. If a pet is lost they send out an email letting everyone know. They also keeps a very clean surrounding kind of make you feel like a home away from home.
Verified Renter The staff is awsome! Work orders are always completed quickly by friendly and knowledgeable maintenance staff. The community events are fun. It really is like we are in our own little community.
