Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and the entire complex is very quiet, clean and peaceful while also being pet friendly. The maintenance staff is one of the best I’ve interacted with in terms of accommodating individual requests and prompt responsiveness. Verified Renter I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now and I can say I enjoy the community! There is plenty of parking, my 1 bedroom renovated apartment is very cozy and if I have any issues maintenance is there very quick. Everyone is very friendly and I love that it is a quiet and inclusive area.

Verified Renter We need the dog park to be secure. Dogs can get out from under the fence. I would also like to see another dog run over by the pond. Having an opportunity for the dogs to get out and run is essential to their mental and physical health.

Verified Renter The new renovated townhomes look nice.. we have the outdated version and it needs upgrades. There’s hardly any storage, it looked way bigger online.
