I brought my vehicle in to have the catalytic converter replaced. Paid a handsome fortune to have it done. About a month or two later, the check engine light comes on and it’s the catalytic converter. I called and brought in my car. They told me the fan was installed backwards and the catalytic converter was fine. They told me it would be another $500. I’ve had my car serviced at this shop twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing due to poor communication and customer service. On my most recent visit, I booked an appointment online the night before for a morning drop-off. Firestone replaced front struts and rear shocks which cost me over 2500.00 . Car now has a RIDGID UNCOMFORTABLE ride . Ride is very rough and and makes a noise when going over bumps in road .... A LOT worse even than the old shocks . I took car to Honda Dealer and they are replacing parts that Firestone installed . Turned out to be a VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE .....to get a softer ride . OBVIOUSLY VERY DISAPPOINTED .....
