I’ve had my car serviced at this shop twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing due to poor communication and customer service. On my most recent visit, I booked an appointment online the night before for a morning drop-off. I called Friday morning to confirm, only to be told that despite the online availability, they likely wouldn’t be able to look at my car that day because they were backed up from the previous day. Firestone replaced front struts and rear shocks which cost me over 2500.00 . Car now has a RIDGID UNCOMFORTABLE ride . Ride is very rough and and makes a noise when going over bumps in road .... A LOT worse even than the old shocks . I took car to Honda Dealer and they are replacing parts that Firestone installed . Turned out to be a VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE .....to get a softer ride . OBVIOUSLY VERY DISAPPOINTED .....
I’ve always loved going to this place. I feel like they are very honest and trustworthy. They are extremely helpful with any issues I’ve ever had and oil changes/tire rotations are always a breeze here!
I highly recommend Lakewood Tire Pros. Rich and his son, Will, took great care of me. They gave me professional advice and truly had my best interest at heart. They also gave me just enough reasons to go get a new car when the time eventually came. These guys have integrity, and I tell all of my friends to go here. Well done, guys.
