Took my wife and her mother for dinner on our anniversary. Cordell is the best waitress. Dinner was awesome. Best filet minion in forever! Great food all around. Excellent service :)
Hotel is beautifu! Receptionist was very friendly at checkin-our room wasn't ready but she told us we could hangout by pool while they were getting room ready. I was little-well, very disappointed the water slides for kids weren't open main reason we came here-( I spoke with pool bar tender which she was a sweetheart and got the manager to come and talk to me ) manager said lifeguard was sick and had to go home ( my thinking a resort like this one dont have a backup lifeguard with all this money they charge??) they upgraded ... read more
Staff at check in was very nice, not impressed with room's view, it was not what I expected, our balcony is next to a huge wall blocking half of the view and the other half has a huge tree in front of it. Another issue is that maybe because our room is in the same level as the pool it's very loud in the hallway. If continues to be too loud I will see if we can get another room for our second night. If it wasn't for those two things I would have said it's been excellent.
Absolutely amazing time! Austin is a beautiful place, we started first downtown Austin then ended up in the scenic part of Austin. My family will definitely be returning from MI AGAIN && this time for a longer stay!! Staff was great & accommodated our change of room without any hassle. We were able to experience Lake Travis view Thanks for the love Austin TX!!
Beautiful location, friendly service, yummy room service food and delivered within the time frame given. Comfy beds and nice view of Lake Travis from our room on the 6th floor. We will have nice memories to take back to the East coast. Thank you.
Fantastic resort for Romaric weekends or family fun. Spa was excellent as well. We'll be back for sure.
