Such a beautiful setting. Every area had a beautiful view. Rooms were comfortable. We had a conference in the Vista Ballroom. Very comfortable, food was great, excellent service.
Excellent customer service. They treated me and our group like VIPs. The rooms and the view were amazing. lts definitely a great retreat location. The restuarant is great. You can come and don't have to leave the resort for anything. I can't wait to return.

This resort has customer service that is truly out of this world. I mean... I was just shocked at how amazing every single employee treated me. Friendly, attentive, eager to please, service with a smile. Platinum service in the spa (which is gorgeous) VIP service in the restaurant. I was even left speechless by an employee who overheard me saying that I wish I had a microwave in my room. It was a surprise to me from my husband for my birthday and I absolutely LOVED it!! Paul, the bartender, was super cool. The room was amazing and so was the breakfast delivered to our room!!! I can't wait to come back again to try out the spa.
I was disconcerted at the hotel bar when the bartender Nikki told me that my purchase cost nine dollars. When I said I wanted to charge to the room, the actual charge was $8.66. I ask why she told me a different amount and she said she 'rounded up' my bill to nine dollars from $8.66. That's quite a good business to get an extra fifty cents on each transaction.
